How to Purchase the OCA Courses
Prices for the courses range from $39.95*, you may purchase the course(s) online, mail or by phone. *Prices are subject to change.
Individual Purchases
Online
- Go to the ACA Store and select the OCA Courses button.
- Select the course of your interest then follow the payment directions.
Mail
- Go here and register as a new user.
- Print the registration form.
- Along with the registration form, mail payment for courses to:

- You may pay by mail with a personal or agency check, credit card or money order. (Note: You will have up to a year from the time of purchase to complete your course(s).
Phone
- Go to the ACA Store and select the OCA Courses button.
- Select the course of your interest.
- Then Contact our customer service office at 1-800-222-5646 ext. 0129, give the customer service representative your information, along with payment information.
- To receive a discount, you may want to join ACA at this time.
Agency Purchases
Agencies have two basic options that will meet your training needs and requirements.
Option 1
As an agency, you may purchase the OCA courses with ease by mail or phone and receive bulk discounts.
Or
Option 2
We can custom-design a learning tool that will meet your training needs and requirements. Your agency may supplement its training with OCA courses or provide blended learning programs. We also can convert your training material into online courses.
