Job Description:

Rock Valley Community Programs, Inc. (RVCP, Inc.) is seeking an Executive Director to provide for the management and strategic direction for its organization and its various programs. RVCP is a private, non-profit agency that has been providing correctional services in Rock County since 1971, beginning with the opening of a residential service for parolees. Today, RVCP, Inc. has the capacity to serve 183 clients through the Department of Corrections, Federal Bureau of Prisons, The US Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Health and Family Services. As of 2023, RVCP, Inc. administers five treatment programs. These services include Compass Behavioral Health Clinic, Residential Re-entry Program, Veteran's Services Department, Turning Point - Supportive Housing Services, and Harper's Place. The Executive Director shall be responsible for ensuring compliance and enforcing contracts with federal and state correctional agencies that provide the majority of RVCP’s funding as well as the veterans’ and substance abuse treatment programs.
