Assistant Director Pretrial Services
$149,240 - $191,443 Annually DOE
The salary range is dependent upon qualifications.

The County of Santa Clara’s Pretrial Services Department is looking for an experienced leader in law and justice programs who will assist the Director in planning, organizing, directing, and managing the day-to-day management responsibilities and long-term coordination of programs of the Office of Pretrial Services. The Assistant Director, Pretrial Services, will function as Chief Operating Officer and provide oversight for programs within Pretrial Services which include investigation, evaluation, and recommendations to the court regarding arrestees.

Required Background and Experience:
The knowledge and abilities required to perform this function are acquired through training and experience equivalent to possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration of Justice, Behavioral Science, Sociology, Psychology, Criminology or closely related field and three (3) years of management experience directing or overseeing the delivery of services and functions of a law and justice programs which included at least one (1) year of full supervisory experience.
