Correctional Staffing

In June 2004, ACA released The Full Spectrum: Essays on Staff Diversity in Corrections. This collection of essays on staff diversity issues in corrections provides insight into the challenges that staff and management have in relating to one another and to offenders, given the changing demographics among staff and inmate populations. Additional information on staff and inmate demographics is available in the 2004 Directory of Adult and Juvenile Correctional Departments, Institutions, Agencies, and Probation and Parole Authorities.
